Our service includes:
Quality chauffeurs - All of our chauffeurs will be neatly presented in a suit, shirt and tie. They will speak English and have a sound knowledge of the main arterial routes, airports, hotels and business destinations in and around their home city but will augment their knowledge with satellite navigation equipment if they are unfamiliar with their destination or route.
Latest model executive cars - Naturally, all vehicles offer the usual passenger comforts such as leather interior and air-conditioning but we also provide a few extra touches to make the journey that little bit more enjoyable!
For some light reading our clients can enjoy a choice of the latest newspapers. We also have complimentary bottled water available.
Meet and greet service – Your chauffeur will display a personalised name board, from any airport, port or train station.

Text confirmations - Booking confirmation and chauffeur contact details by SMS to your phone. as soon as we have dispatched a vehicle to perform a service (or 30 minutes before pick-up whichever is the later), detailing the vehicle and driver details for the service, for example: ‘The driver for your 1400 pick-up today is John on 07912 345678 and your car is a silver E-Class Mercedes. LD09 FGK’
Flight monitoring - Avoiding extra waiting charges and ensuring the vehicle is waiting for you on arrival.
Cancellation
Our policy is to avoid charging our clients cancellation fees where we can, however, there will be some occasions where either we or our affiliate has incurred costs in the provision of a service that is cancelled. If a service is cancelled within two hours of the scheduled pick-up time, cancellation fees will apply:
- Airport or other fixed-price transfer: Full charge
- As directed service cancelled prior to first pick-up 50% of the booked service cost (based on hours) subject to a minimum 2 hour and a maximum 4 hour charge.
- As directed service cancelled en-route Cost of the service performed plus 50% of the remaining booked service cost (based on hours). The latter part of the charge will be subject to a maximum of four hours.
