Your account will have a dedicated project co-ordinator to support you with all of your itinerary management. Our office is physically staffed 24 hours a day. Our day time Project Coordinators are rostered to cover the main working day between 0700 & 2000 and our Night Project Coordinators cover from 1900-0800, allowing a 1 hour handover period between teams. During peak periods, we also provide additional operational cover between 0600 - 0900 and 1800 - 2100.
Our bespoke reservations system enables us to upload your itinerary directly into the Itinerary Management Module (IMM) a particularly powerful tool that allows us to store, manipulate and distribute your itinerary accurately and efficiently and ensures our chauffeurs are equipped with the very latest version prior to commencing a service. Each project is assigned a dedicated alphanumeric project code and every reservation within it, a five digit booking reference. All projects are also referenced by the client company and the relevant individual, so we can easily pin-point individual bookings very quickly, whomever you speak to. All booking confirmations can be provided via Blackberry friendly e-mail.
An innovative system that provides our clients with advance driver details, no matter when or where the service will take place. The system utilises technology called ‘Callagenix’ in the UK/Europe and ‘FreedomVoice’ in the USA, although both systems perform in virtually the same way. Through PalmTree we control a bank of over 500 UK landline and US toll-free numbers that can be diverted to another telephone number anywhere in the world. When we create a new reservation, we can allocate one of these telephone numbers to the booking and send it to our client within the usual 2 hour confirmation timeframe along with the reservation number. When we receive the actual driver’s mobile telephone number, it is input into PalmTree and on the day of the service, two hours prior to the pick-up, PalmTree automatically accesses the Callagenix or Freedomvoice communication servers across the internet and creates a hard divert from the number allocated to your booking, to the actual driver’s mobile telephone.
Provides on-line access to itineraries, predictive pricing and invoices. In essence it is a repository for all services that have either been booked or fulfilled. There is also an additional module that enables our clients to monitor our performance against our KPIs.
We recognise the importance our clients place on closing off roadshows so that they can raise the necessary paperwork internally and where appropriate to their clients. We therefore deliver 97% of invoices within five days after the last service has been completed.
Driven Worldwide chauffeurs understand the nature of financial sector services, especially during financial roadshows and they empathise strongly with the priorities and objectives of our clients, such as the need to maintain complete confidentiality and the importance of communicating any deviations from their schedule.
Each of our chauffeurs and global affiliates is selected because they are the best. We issue a comprehensive legal agreement with each and every chauffeur or affiliate that performs services for Driven Worldwide or on our behalf. As well as fulfilling all relevant legislative and licensing requirements, they must all have a strong pedigree of providing a premium service and have specific experience of financial sector related services, especially roadshows, conferences and special events. Furthermore all of our drivers must be English speaking.
We clearly stipulate the standards we expect and monitor them through regular appraisals of their performance including the quality of their vehicles and chauffeurs and also the speed and accuracy with which they manage and administer the services they provide.

Our dedicated Conference & Events Desk provides an integrated ground transportation solution to organizers of large-scale conferences and special events. In contrast to roadshows, conferences and events typically involved large numbers of passengers who often wish to make their travel arrangements individually. Therefore, whilst such events are often less complicated logistically, the management and administration can be much more labour intensive and require a broader range of vehicle types.
