All of our pricing is transparent and hopefully easy to understand. Below is a summary of what is incuded in our prices - please be aware that often prices quoted by other chauffeur drive companies do not include all extras and may charge you more than the original quoted price later in the booking process.

All our prices include VAT for UK services

• All of our airport transfers include a very generous 45 minutes of wait time and parking
• We do not charge a credit card surcharge - many companies charge 3-4% for the privilege of making a booking
• We operate a no hidden extras policy on all of our web bookings

From the homepage you will have 3 options for your pick up destination; Address Airport or Station. Simply fill in the details in the appropriate section and click next to take you to the drop off destination. You will be quickly guided through our booking process step by step. If you wish to add more journeys, you can do so before finalising your bookings.

There are two reasons we believe we are different: Firstly, Driven Worldwide is completely dedicated to providing chauffeur driven solutions for financial roadshows, conferences, special events and point to point transfers.

• The passenger actually travelling in the vehicle and experiencing the chauffeur drive service we provide.
• The project coordinator who needs rapid, accurate and efficient project administration.
• The corporate purchasing professional who has to ensure that their organisation receives the best possible commercial arrangement from Driven Worldwide and that we are a reputable company that is legally compliant with all relevant legislation governing our activities.

Our philosophy is based on the benefits of developing strong professional relationships with our clients and suppliers alike, relationships through which we achieve a mutual understanding of each other's objectives, priorities and expectations. Such understanding breeds rapport and trust, the basis of a true synergy that inspires us to provide the best service we possibly can. This synergy motivates our suppliers and affiliates to excel in every aspect of their service and instils our clients with the confidence and peace of mind they seek.

Yes. Our office is physically staffed 24 hours a day. Our day time Project Coordinators are rostered to cover the main working day between 0700 & 2000 and our Night Project Coordinators cover from 1900-0800, allowing a 1 hour handover period between teams.

During peak periods, we also provide additional operational cover between 0600 & 0900 and 1800- 2100.

We will acknowledge receipt of your message or request immediately so you can rest assured that we are dealing with your project. Once we have allocated the project to a Coordinator, analysed the itinerary and created the project and bookings in our reservations system, we will respond to you with 6 digit confirmation number and either full driver details or Callagenix numbers if you prefer. We will respond with this information within 2 hours of your initial request, unless there are any queries or we need further information before we can proceed.

Our policy is to avoid charging our client's cancellation fees where we can; however, there will be some occasions where either we or our affiliate has incurred costs in the provision of a service that is cancelled. If we receive notification for the cancellation of service 4 hours or more than the scheduled pick up time, we will charge a change fee of £10 (unless you have purchased flexi-booking) and refund the rest of the charges. If we receive notification less than 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, cancellation fees will apply.

In order to cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us by emailing sales@drivenworldwide.com. Your notice of cancellation must be actually received by us 4 hours before the date and local time of the service. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
